well, some of them i make are animated. i haven't made an animated one in a while though.

i only use ms paint and windows movie maker.

I tried it on AOL, Mozilla, and Internet explorer and it showed the background color and three orange dots on the screen. I tried multiple times and the same thing happened. I have two different computers and I don't know the resolution of either but it still didn't work.
I made sure to delete everything from my page but I still couldn't figure out the problem.
